How much of each purchase goes to charity?
30% of our profits from every sale are pooled into our giving fund. This isn't 30% of the item price — it's 30% of what we actually earn after costs.
Can I nominate any charity?
Yes! Any registered charity, non-profit, or community organization anywhere in the world. If it helps people, animals, or the planet, you can nominate it.
How is the winning charity selected?
It's simple — the charity with the most nominations at the end of the Australian financial year (June 30) wins the donation. One purchase = one nomination.
What if there's a tie?
In the rare case of a tie, the donation is split equally between the tied charities.
Can I see which charities are leading?
We publish quarterly updates showing the top nominated charities, keeping the process transparent.
