How products are selected
Our catalogue is sourced from multiple suppliers and is reviewed for store fit, product information, pricing, imagery and customer-facing presentation. Products that need further review are held out of normal merchandising until they are suitable to present to shoppers.
Where orders may ship from
Fulfilment location varies by item and supplier. Some products may dispatch from Australia while others may come from an international fulfilment location. We provide tracked delivery and publish our current shipping terms so customers can understand the process before buying.
